"My access to the Iowa Fair insurance plan lapsed and, as you well know, no insurance no loan. Worse still we were dealing with probate and buying on contract. After weeks of creative thinking for other agents the team at Ryan Clausen, specifically Christie Bell, had a plan within hours to meet the deadline, keep the contract during probate and better protection than last year. Good'on ya!!!"

"Worst service I have ever had with insurance company. They kept taking money from my bank account and even though I have contacted them a couple times stating that I sold the car, they kept saying I have to continue paying the bills and they will refund me later when they take off the car out of my policy. I sold the car in the beginning of December and now it’s mid March with no action from them. Every time I contact the office they say they can not get anything faster! One worker tell me that they got all the information needed on the system and another worker would say you never called or there is nothing on the system. I would never recommend this office to anyone."

"I had the pleasure of working with Christy with switching over my insurance from VA to IA and she was a delight, she answered all questions I might have and tried to match everything I had in VA as close in IA without having me pay anything extra or if so not a ton. She also helped me get my renters switched over with no problems as well. She’s very nice and pleasant to be around and gives off excellent vibes. I would recommend anyone to go see her in office or over the phone she is amazing!"

"I cannot put into words how amazing the customer service is at Ryan’s office. I have worked with several of his staff and they are wonderful. If I have questions and send in an email I usually have a response the same day depending on when I sent in my question. I’ve even had Ryan call me himself when I was comparing insurance, he explained in words I understood and answered all of my questions. I love working with this office and I am even willing to pay a little extra If needed because of their customer service. (Which is not the case, they are nearly $800 a year cheaper than USAA)"
